Kevin Morel

Owner & Foodie

Kevin oversees everything that happens at LFS, but he remains at the culinary coalface – recipe development, sourcing of ingredients and cooking processes.

Kevin likes to ‘roll his sleeves up’ and can be spotted picking orders and making deliveries!

He enjoys music – both listening and playing; skiing; sailing; and of course, eating and creating high-quality food!

Shannon Finley

Culinary Coordinator and Customer Care

Shannon is responsible for feeding the nation with Life, Fork & Spoon dishes at all times-planning & liaising with our fabulous customers.

Shannon enjoys playing football, visiting and exploring new places and trying not to eat all of our pies! (it’s hard, trust me…)

Yanko Kolev

Development Chef

Yanko is our head chef here at LFS. He has a strong passion for producing the most delicious meals, using only the finest ingredients.

Yanko has vast experience in the culinary industry and has worked as a chef all over Europe, fine tuning his skills!

Adrian Morris

Despatch Manager

Adrian looks after everything with a temperature of -18⁰c or lower.

He runs our coldstore, oversees order picking and manages the despatch process to ensure that your goods arrive to you in perfect condition.

Adrian is pretty handy in the kitchen too and is happiest when he’s tasting our new development dishes!

When not at work Adrian can be found in the fields with his Harris Hawk.
